To give yourself plenty of time and a stress free experience, we suggest beginning your dress search around 10 to 12 months before your wedding. While this is our recommended timeline, it is meant as guidance not a strict rule.

Most of our sample gowns are available in sizes 4 to 12. If you are looking for a specific style or size, we encourage you to inquire with us in advance so we can let you know which designers and gowns we currently have available to try on in your size.

Our private fittings are by appointment and perfect for brides ready to say yes to their gown. Use our online scheduler to reserve your time, or call us at 226-507-2097.

Just bring your beautiful self. If you’d like a clearer vision of your wedding day look, consider bringing along nude undergarments and the shoes you may wear when you walk down the aisle.

While we love the excitement a group can bring, we believe your fitting should remain a personal and intimate experience. Our goal is to keep the focus on you and the style and feeling you wish to exude on your wedding day. Too many opinions can sometimes feel overwhelming, and we want your shopping experience to be joyful and stress-free.

We allow up to 5 guests to join you during your fitting.

Our private fittings are scheduled for one hour with a gentle buffer built in, and if we go beyond that time, we will happily arrange another appointment to ensure you feel fully cared for.

Yes, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. While you may reschedule within 48 hours, please note that the appointment fee is non-refundable. As we see a limited number of brides each day, we greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Dresses: All wedding gowns and sample dresses are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Veils: Veils may be returned within 7 days of purchase if they are in their original, unworn, and undamaged condition.

Accessories & Ready-to-Wear Items: Jewelry, headwear, and other eligible items may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they remain in their original, unworn, and undamaged condition.
